Sharp was born at home in Rochester (New York) and immersed herself in music. At the Hochstein School of Music, she took classes in cello, clarinet as well as piano. The Boston Conservatory offered her an award for the school's theatre. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. Sharp began her career performing on stage following her graduation from the Conservatory. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp was also in Abyssinia and Aida. The other performances include: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. In addition to her work in stage and screen, Sharp has several other original projects in the works she's co-written or written. Sharp continues to perform and is in the process of putting together a full length album. When she's not working the front or behind the camera or working in a studio to record the music of her choice, Sharp has a love for fitness, and is always in shape boxing and studying Krav Maga.. She is also a piano player, hiking and long journeys. Sharp has a family home located in Los Angeles.
