Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. After giving up gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped her gymnastics. At the age of 17, she received her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her college studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up where she previously left off competing in top competitions such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her initial show for several years and set higher targets each year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel was able to make a comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. They placed her third at the contest. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than happy of the result. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel loves working out your lower back. It is a combination of lat pull-downs, bent rows with a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as seated rows. The first step is warming up before going on to exercises. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
